John is a fulltime Chef in KL. Having working on that specific field for years, he is also a performer by night.
John has performed in shows and events as a saxophonist for several bands
Asides having a unique talent in Saxophone playing, John is also a singer.
Having Jazz as his basic music interest, John can be said as a versatile performer who's able to add a bit of Pop influence into many jazzy tunes.
Accompanied by Ywenna, singer and keyboardist, the duo performs together under the name SAXYTONES.

YWENNA

PIANIST| SINGER

As Composer and performer, Ywenna plays soul, funk, jazz and pop music and has involved in composing and arranging in her own indie band 'Rhapsody'. Her main influences include Sergio Mendez, Herbie Hancock, Alicia Keys and Jamie Cullum.


Having musical performances experiences for almost six years, she has been performing around Malaysia in private functions, No Black Tie, Laundry-the Curve, Frangipani Bar, Sevenatenine Ascott Hotel, Barblnde, Penang Jazz Fest and particated in Digi Starbucks Music Series. Ywenna is also a key member of VOcalholics, a rising A cappella group.
